Booking slots are released monthly on the 15th at 12pm, for the following month e.g. February slots are released January 15th at 12pm UK time

Yes! We sell hair for our clients, and also to people who genuinely love our hair. If you want to make a purchase, please go to our hair section and place your order. If you have an appointment with us, there is an option to send your order to the salon.
No we do not. Unfortunately we only work on an appointment basis only. to book an appointment please have a look at our booking page
f you are unsure of anything and want an In depth conversation, we offer 1:1 consultations. This comes at a £25 fee and is a route to take if you are unsure on the style you want and/or what hair to opt for. Please send us a message
We only accept wigs made by ourselves, or that are manufacturer made. Stylists have their own way of making, and installing wigs; they sew different, and may cut & lay wigs differently. I would advise sticking to the person who made the wig, or to get a fresh one made by us if you want the look you see on our instagram page
